A brief description of the tool and its purpose or use cases

Sibe is a Product Data Management (PDM) software, and helps to organize CAD files with features like:

• Version control
• Check in and Check out of files to ensure no edits get lost
• Permanent link between drawings and parts, and other non-cad files
• Its basically GitHub for CAD

Usage

Installation instructions and required installation files, for individual users or IT. If we have an executable, it should be hosted on the Google Drive and referenced here (not uploaded directly to Notion due to file size concerns)
