We are responsible for the invisible connection between the satellite and the ground station where information (mostly in form of bits) are exchanged. Our team focuses on making sure the satellite and the ground station communicates reliably so we design the CubeSat’s antennas, signal processing software, and we plan on making our own software-defined radio (i.e. fancy circuits)! To simplify, we create a black-box system that accepts bits on Earth and replicates them on the satellite, and vice-versa!
