The STLINK-V3MODS controller should make use of a breakout board to allow the test harness PCB design to be evolved without needing to buy new V3MODS. Design a breakout board for the V3MODS.

The typical pin spacing for standard headers, also known as pitch, is 0.1 inches or 2.54 millimeters. This is often referred to as "standard" or "breadboard-friendly" spacing because it matches the grid of holes on a typical solderless breadboard or a perfboard

• The STLINK-V3MODS has 2 x16-pin edge connector on either side, so we need two 16pin male headers in the breakout board
