Test Bench future goals:

Goals for COMSOL:

1. Simulate Magnetic field
   1. Coil pair floating in space. Plot B field as a function of distance within uniform region.
   2. Same test but with 3 Coil pairs. Plot B field (produce 3D plot within Volume as a function of height).
2. Test effect of ferrous air bearing
   1. Within uniform field using mag field interface, Plot B field
3. Combine both and test for field uniformity within our setup.
   1. Plotting B field
4. Thermal simulation within AC/DC module (if time permits)
5. For electrical: focus on testing out a PID control

General Goals for Mechanical:

1. Validate design in COMSOL - this allows for BOM (3)
2. Joule heating simulation (on Ansys) - unsure of timeline on this - Jan 25th
3. Complete CAD MK2 - Feb 1st
   1. Complete Corners (oliver)
   2. Adjust dimensions and restructure CAD.
4. Complete BOM - Feb 8th - ensure u-channel selected can with hold wire
5. Depending on lead time order and assembly first set of coil (check uniformity) - Feb 8th
6. Order and assembly rest - beginning of march
