Verification Procedures I

Basics

1. Visual inspection of PCB (microscope ideal)
2. Connectors function physically (? screwdriver required)
   • Check that 5-pin MCU header orientation key works correctly and connector cannot be plugged in backwards
   • Securely seat male 5-pin MCU connector to header and check that connector is not loose
   • Screw in appropriate gauge wires into PACK and cell terminals; check that screws secure wires tightly
