Once the solar panel PCBs are complete, we need to make sure the solar panels actually work and that they work with the PCB itself. All testing will be conducted using the Amazon PV cells Sara got previously since we don’t want to accidentally break the real (and very expensive!) ones.

The goal for this task is to create a clear procedure to test both the board and the panels before connecting with the rest of the system. This should include but is not limited to ensuring the PV cells perform (produce voltage and current) as expected with varying levels of light.
