Source funding to enable 8(?) people from UTAT Space Systems to attend SmallSat 2024.

• [x] Create list (database/table/etc.) of funding options
• [ ] Apply for potential funding sources
• [ ] Decide on final list of SmallSat attendees from UTAT Space Systems

Notes

• Admission will be the student price until August 2nd ($350 (USD?) per person) even for PEY students.
