2 layers is sufficient for this project.

• There are not too many connections which allows us to optimize out floor plan so as to minimize crossing.
• The bottom layer shall be a ground plane.
• We can still route traces on this bottom layer but should minimize how many time we do this. It is always best to have a continuous ground plane.
