November 9, 2024

• We realized that we can’t build the top subassembly upside down with the threaded rod included
  • We can’t individually put each component into the threaded rods
  • Several options
    • Use a pin/non threaded rod to keep everything in place, then take it out (?) and thread the rod in
    • Build everything bottom up with something holding the top subassembly components in place

November 2, 2024

• We cut threaded rod into pieces..

October 16, 2024

• We put heat inserts into the +z panel again
• Everything in top subassembly is good except battery pack needs bigger inner holes
• We were able to put together the top subassembly (mostly) with one threaded rod
• We need to find other 10 cm threaded rods to finish it

October 11, 2024

• Reprint +Z panel and reinsert heat inserts
• Successfully printed ADCS module, RF transceiver, stackup bracket, PCB placeholders
• Print battery pack with holes in the corner with 4mm diameter
• Print 4x the top section of the rails again
• Print assembly fixtures
