Determine how long leads are planning to stay for and interviews should be conducted. Goal: assemble a project-and-execution timeline (Gantt chart) for Summer 2026 - June 2027, when the decision on CUBICS will be published.

Preliminary discussion on future meeting cadence and attendance expectations. Preliminary discussion on Mission Research Team, who will conduct M0 science research to inform a future payload concept. Mission Research Team will be structured as a subsystem, yet having at least one member from each other division as an “ambassador” to provide guidance on technical feasibility where required.

BUS and PAY reached an agreement to pursue Stream 2 CUBICS, with a BUS + LUVCam2 + ±1U “FINCH EYE”-like payload. A formal MoU outlining the terms of the partnership and the interface requirements will be developed by Chief Payload / BUS Systems Engineers throughout April and opened for discussion & revision to leads in May.
