1. Create a function in between resampling shifted MODTRAN spectra and spectral angle calculation that normalizes the MODTRAN spectra to match resampled satellite data (see below). In particular, shift and compress along the radiance axis but do not shift along the wavelength axis
2. Perform this using a wavelength range around absorption features identified in the calibration feature database
