Description
A detailed description of the scope and motivation for this project, as well as any relevant resources
As SEF funding has been approved for us to build our own clean-bench, we now need to move into action and make a detailed design, source components and assembled UTAT’s very own clean-bench. Our budget is 3000 CAD.
Tasks
A list of sequential tasks for the project. The project is complete when all tasks are complete
- [ ] Go over the high-level design for the clean-bench in Official Cleanroom Plan | Clean-Table Specifics
- [ ] Make a detailed design of the clean-bench
- [ ] Source component
- [ ] Hepa filter (make sure it conforms to ISO level 7)
- [ ] Table
- [ ] Anything needed to close-off the clean-bench (vinyl wrapping, PVC tubes?)
- [ ] Any equipment needed (that we don’t have) to conform the cleanroom requirements (gloves, gown…ect)
- [ ] Once everything is sourced, we will need to assemble the clean-bench (most likely at Myhal’s Fabrication Facility, MYFab)
- [ ] Finally, we will need to make a guide and safety manual for use
