Fob Information

All leads should have a fob (with the exception of co-leads, who may share a fob), used to access MY618 and all Myhal meeting rooms.

Registration/Renewal

• Fill out https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=JsKqeAMvTUuQN7RtVsVSEA6AMDKfReJDkfwSDLzK5ulURVczV05aWTRUOUNOVlE3TFNZUUFVNDRZUi4u&route=shorturl
• DO NOT select access to the Myhal Arena. Otherwise, you would need to complete the MyFab safety training. The arena uses a code now anyway.
• Set the fob expiry date as your graduation date.
• Only choose “Project Room 618” in the “Access Requested” section.

Operation

• Your fob needs to be “reset” every two weeks using the black panels just outside the elevators on the upper Myhal floors.
• After holding it there for a few seconds, the panel should light up green.
• If it does not, your fob may be expired. Fill out the form again or speak to Sean Moore in the Myhal basement during working hours if nothing has changed for a while.

From Jan 2023 to 2025, the Space Systems lab space is Myhal 618.

The majority of work sessions and design work will take place in Myhal, either in the lab or another room in the building. Check with your subsystem lead for where they are currently meeting.
