About the Role

At UTAT Space Systems, a multitude of activities are constantly in motion, spanning various disciplines. The Project Manager (PM) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of these initiatives. This position is vital in keeping the team aligned with project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and preventing delays.

The PM is also responsible for securing adequate funding for projects by performing thorough cost analyses and budget planning. By managing resources effectively and maintaining clear oversight, the Project Manager ensures that all projects are completed efficiently and within scope, enabling the team to achieve its ambitious goals.

Project Manager are essential in aligning team efforts with organizational goals, ensuring projects are delivered successfully, and driving innovation and efficiency. They act as the bridge between strategy and execution, enabling businesses to adapt and thrive in competitive environments.

Responsibilities

The following are the general responsibility for a project manager, the responsibility might grow as the role establish

• Create timeline with tolerances margins and ensure that the organization meet these set timeline.
• Perform cost and timeline analysis to ensure that the project can be complete at low cost, budget and cash flow can be manage effectively
• Ensure that requirements from external partnership and stakeholder can be met with satisfactions.
• Ensure that processes established is follow and meet the minimum quality requirements from UTAT-Space Systems Leadership team.
• Perform improvement to the organization and develop new processes

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Can organize and coordinate with multiple people from multiple teams including multicultural and international settings
• Understanding of creating a timeline and can handle high-complex projects using project management tools and methodologies.
• Understand time value of money and cash flow. Can perform a cash flow analysis for multiple project over multiple years.
