A brief description of the Story, relevance to its Epic (), and what its outcome shall look like

FlatSat is short for Flat Satellite.

From a physical standpoint, FlatSat looks nothing like the spacecraft, but from an electrical and software standpoint, it is identical. FlatSat is a useful platform for testing electrical and software interfaces between different subsystems. This allows us to perform integration testing much sooner.

The purpose of this story is to integrate all satellite systems into a FlatSat configuration for testing.

This story is as long as it is to account for the lead time of components and purchased near the end of Phase C and manufacturing of PCBs. FlatSat testing can be performed cumulatively as components arrive and are integrated into the FlatSat build.
