“Ultra-low supply current” (at 3V), 55nA w/ crystal oscillator
measure voltage from power to ground (should be 3V)
don’t think a multimeter can measure such small currents (maybe?)
If its possible to measure small current w/ the multimeter:
Power on Characteristics:
Can check the following characteristics w/ the oscilloscope
Advanced crystal calibration to ± 2 ppm
Integrated ~1Ω power switch for off-chip components such as a host MCU
We’re using an external transistor so its not really important to test this
instead we should test the resistance and voltage drop across the transistor
load switch resistance
