New Member Onboarding

Main workspaces

1. Setup your Notion workspace, our project management platform. Ask your Lead for an invite.
2. Ask to join the Space Systems Slack for team announcements.
3. Add our Google Calendar to your main Calendar.

Calls and meetings

1. Join the team Discord for work sessions and casual calls.
2. Create a Zoom account for formal meetings, design reviews.
3. Optional: Create a LettuceMeet account for scheduling meetings

Access Request

Access requests will only be granted to members who go to the first few meetings. Access requests should be made through your leads. The following are the access requests that you should ask your lead to give:

• General Communications Software: Slack or Discord
• Optional: Request access to the Google Groups (as needed)
  • UTAT-Space Systems General Group ([email protected]) to access Google Drive and Google Calendar
  • UTAT-Space Systems Outreach Group ([email protected]) for members that send emails outside of UTAT
  • UTAT-Space Systems Systems Group ([email protected]) for members that NEED to sign the NDA
