This chapter entails the re-definition of the requirement for VPH grism fringe frequency

Tasks

[x] Peruse through the Key Formulas & Relationships to determine what parameters are impacted by fringe frequency (spectral resolution, etc.)
[ ] Read on literature concering this tradeoff in hyperspectral systems
[x] Architect figure out gaps in implementations
